LPU is a private university of Jalandhar, Punjab. It is organized for admission to the various courses, i.e. B.Tech, MBA, M.Tech, LLB, LLM, UG Law, hotel management, etc. LPU Entrance exam is conducted two times in a year, i.e JAN & April. LPU NEST Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should fulfill the given eligibility to apply for LPU NEST Entrance Exam:

Nationality:

  • Applicants must be the citizen of India.

LPU NEST 2020 Application Form

  • Applicants are able to fill & submit the application form through online mode only.
  • LPU NEST Registration 2020 (Schedule I) has been started from 14th September 2019 & continue till 9th January 2020.
  • There will be no facility to get the application via any other mode.
  • For Schedule II, LPU NEST application form 2020 will be issued from 10th January to 31st March 2020.
  • Take a printout copy of the computer generated application for future reference.

Application Fee:

  • Applicants can submit the fee through online (net banking, credit card & debit card) or offline mode (Cash/Cheque & Demand Draft).

LPU NEST Exam Pattern 2020

  • Exam Mode: LPU NEST exam will be held through online mode (computer based test).
  • Medium: The question paper will be asked in English or Hindi language only.
  • Duration: The duration of the exam will be 2½ hours (150 minutes).
  • Type of Questions: In the examination, Multiple Choice Type Questions (MCQs) will be asked.
  • Number of Questions: Total 110 questions (B.Tech) & 100 questions (MBA) will be asked in the examination.
  • Marking Scheme: For a correct answer, 4 marks (except English) will be given to the applicants.
  • Negative Marking: For wrong answer, there will be no negative marking.

LPU NEST Admit Card 2020

  • To get an admit card, applicants have to book a slot as per their preferences.
  • LPU NEST slot booking 2020 (Schedule I) will be started from 1st December 2019.
  • Applicants will get LPU NEST hall ticket 2020 immediately after slot booking process through online mode.
  • LPU NEST 2020 admit card will not be dispatched to applicants via post or fax.
  • Applicants will report to the examination center with two copies of the Hall Ticket, one photocopy of application form & any one of the following for photo identification:
    • School IDs acceptable. (Only for applicants younger than 18 yrs. Old)
    • Other ID proofs allowed:
      • Permanent Driving License
      • Passport
      • PAN card
      • Aadhaar card
      • Government-issued ID containing photograph and signature

LPU NEST 2020 Result

  • LPU NEST Result 2020 will be declared by the University on 31st January 2020 (Schedule I) & 30th April 2020 (Schedule II).
  • Applicants will view their results only through online mode from the website.
  • The result can be checked by entering registration ID & password.
  • The university will also release LPU NEST merit list/rank list 2020 for the applicants shortlisted for the counseling.

LPU NEST 2020 Counselling

  • The university will organize LPU NEST counseling 2020 through online mode.
  • Applicants will have to appear in the counseling for Schedule I & Schedule II from 30th April 2020.
  • At the time of counseling, applicants have to fill choices of courses/colleges as per their preference.
  • The seat will be allotted to the applicants on the basis of filled choices & rank obtained in the examination.
  • After seat allotment, applicants have to download their allotment letterr & deposit the admission fee.
