MAT 2019MAT 2019 Admit Card (Sep Exam) for PBT has been released now. MAT 2019 examination is held to offer admission into Master of Business Administration (MBA) & allied courses in B-Schools. It is a national level examination. This exam is regulated by the All India Management Association (AIMA). MAT score is accepted by the various Business Schools – national & international. The MAT exam is organized four times in a year, i.e. February, May, September & December. MAT 2019 Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants should fulfill the given criteria to apply for MAT exam. The MAT Eligibility 2019 are given below:

  • Qualifying Exam: Applicants should complete their graduation degree from the recognized university.
  • Qualifying Marks: There is a minimum percentage requirement in graduation, which is different for the different MIs/University.
  • Those are in the final year of graduation can also apply.
  • Age Criteria: For this exam, no minimum & maximum age limit to apply.

MAT 2019 Registration

  • Applicants can register for MAT exam only through online mode.
  • MAT Registration has been started from 17th June 2019 (for SEP exam).
  • There was no other mode to fill the MAT 2019 Application Form.
  • MAT 2019 Registration Last Date was 16th September 2019 (PPT) & 10th September 2019 (CBT).
  • Ready with the scanned image of photograph (40 kb to 100 kb) & signature (10 kb to 40 kb) in a JPG format.
  • During form filling, applicants have to select 5 Institutions where they want to send their MAT score for admission.
  • Don’t forget to take a print copy of the filled application for further use.

Registration Fee:

  • The application fee was Rs. 1550 (for PBT or CBT mode) & Rs. 2650 (for both CBT & PBT mode).
  • Applicants can submit the fee through Credit Card/Debit Card (ATM Card) or Net Banking.

MAT Exam Pattern

  • Exam Mode: The examination is organized through Computer Based Test (CBT), Paper Based Test (PBT) and both CBT & PBT mode.
  • Attempt: There is no attempt limit to appear in the MAT examination.
  • Exam Duration: The duration of the examination is 2 hours 30 minutes.
  • Number of Questions: In the examination, a total of 200 questions is asked.
  • Type of Questions: The questions is multiple-choice types of questions.
  • Marking Scheme: For a correct answer, one mark is given to the applicants.
  • Negative Marking: For a wrong answer, 0.25 marks is deducted.

MAT 2019 Syllabus

There is no prescribed syllabus for MAT exam. MAT Syllabus 2019 is comprised of the following subjects: Language Comprehension, Mathematical Skills, Data Analysis & Sufficiency, Intelligence & Critical Reasoning, and Indian & Global Environment. The MAT exam syllabus is given here:

  • Language Comprehension: Analogies, Antonyms, Grammar, Idioms, Odd man out, Reading comprehension, Sentence correction & completion, Verbal reasoning, Vocabulary
  • Mathematical Skills: Algebra, Averages, Date and time, Functions, Geometry, Number system, Progression, Ratio, and proportions.
  • Data Analysis and Sufficiency: Bar graphs, Charts, Graphs, Pie charts, Puzzles, Tables, Venn diagram
  • Intelligence and Critical Reasoning: Coding and decoding, Effect and cause, Family tree, Mathematical reasoning, Sequencing, Verbal ability
  • India and Global Environment: Awards, Business, Current affairs, Entertainment, General knowledge, Geography, History, Politics, Science, Sports.

MAT 2019 Exam Centers

The examination for both PBT & CBT is conducted in the following cities.

MAT 2019 Admit Card

  • All the applicants can download the admit card through online mode from the website.
  • It contains the name of the applicant, roll number, form number, exam date, venue, etc.
  • MAT Admit Card is available on 17th September 2019 (PPT) & 10th September 2019 (CBT).
  • There is no facility to send the hall ticket through any other mode or by post.
  • It is an important document, which aspirants have to carry in the examination center.
  • Without admit card, no candidates are allowed to appear in the examination.

MAT 2019 Result

  • Applicants can check their results only through online mode.
  • The result will be declared on 28th September 2019 (For SEP exam).
  • Applicants have to fill their ‘Registration Number’ & ‘Roll Number’ to check the result.
  • The authority will not send the individual results to the aspirants through offline mode.

MAT Score Card 2019

  • Aspirants can download their scorecard along with the result.
  • MAT 2019 Score Card will be available through online mode on the website.
  • No scorecard will be sent by post or email to the applicants.
  • MAT Score Card is valid only for one year for that particular session.

MAT Admission Procedure

  • Applicants can report to the select Institutions where they send their score for admission.
  • For each participating Institutions, applicants have to apply separately.
  • The selection will be also based on Group Discussion, Personal Interview, Written Ability Test (WAT) rounds.
  • These three rounds will not conduct by all MAT participating Institutions.
  • The final selection will be done on the basis of performance in the examination, GD/PI round, past academic records, etc.
  • The applicant’s documents will also be verified by the Institution for admission.
